Q: Which versions of Compressor does it support?
A: It has been designed for Compressor 3.0.x (Final Cut Studio 2) and 3.5.x (Final Cut Studio 3). It has been reported to work on earlier versions but these are not tested or supported.
Q: What are the system requirements for the application?
A: It is compatible with OS X 10.5 Leopard and 10.6 Snow Leopard. An older version is available for OS X 10.4 Tiger.
Q: What issues does it fix?
A: It is primarily aimed at problems involving clusters not appearing, submit buttons being greyed out and error messages saying the background process is not running. It can also fix certain issues where Compressor will not launch or launches without any windows.

A: It does not affect encoding quality. In a few isolated cases it has been reported to improve encoding speed but this should not be expected in normal circumstances.
