Q: How many licenses do I need?
A: You need one license per computer. If you have licensed the software on a desktop computer, you are allowed to additionally install and run the software on a laptop providing the laptop is owned and operated by you and both machines are not used at the same time.
Q: What formats does Media Salvage support?
A: DV, DVCPRO 50, Motion JPEG A, DVCPRO HD, Apple Intermediate Codec, ProRes 422, ProRes 422 HQ, ProRes LT, ProRes Proxy and ProRes 4444.
Supported audio formats are 16-bit linear PCM 44.1kHz - 48kHz Little / Big Endian in stereo and mono configurations. Note that not all audio configurations are supported for each video format.
